I love your Peppermint mug cozy pattern. I am making 60 of them for my grandsons elementary school for their staff appreciation luncheon. I am making them in all different variegated colored yarn, some quite wild. I taught my daughter to crochet, but she is new at it and needs 60 of them by Monday! Hope to get them done and sent to Seattle by overnight mail tomorrow. She committed to this and didnt know it would be hard to crochet in the round without twisting it. So what can a mom do but step in. My motto is that when life gets in the way, there is always crochet! I even taught my co-workers to crochet when my boss was getting a divorce. Thus our motto, and a new reputation for our department. Thanks for the pattern. (From a yarn addict in Fresno CA)
ReplyDeleteWow, 60 of them, that's quite an undertaking! I'm rooting for ya to get them all done. If there's time before rushing them off to the post office I'd love to see a picture of them.
DeleteHappy (and fast) stitching!! ;)
